The hot tub is an added bonus, a perfect way to relax and unwind after a day exploring the fabulous Norfolk countryside. Andrea is a lovely host, really friendly and informative about the local area.We have fallen in love with Reedham – and hope to come back one day!

Everything worked right through from the booking process, to communication with Andrea the property owner, arrival instructions and more. When we got to the cottage the first thing was the location, right by the river with places to eat a stones throw away and then on entering the property it was just WOW.Can’t fault the property for comfort, cleanliness and equipment plus the added bonus of a hot tub and summerhouse where we spent a lot of time when we weren’t out visiting various places. Definitely recommended and would happily book here again

A very pleasant holiday cottage. Lovely location on a quiet riverside spot. A charming tearoom/ deli immediately next door added to the attraction. Lovely friendly pubs in easy walking distance provided splendid dining opportunities. Well worth the money!

A beautiful cottage sat right on the river front. The cottage was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. I loved sitting out in the garden in the morning drinking my coffee and watching the boats go by. The Lord Nelson pub next door serves amazing food and the farm shop next door are very friendly and sell good produce.Reedham is such a beautiful place to unwind and you could not wish for somewhere better to relax and chill. Riverside had definitely won our hearts, so much so that we did not want to leave
